Our Recruitment Process

At this stage, your application has been evaluated and you may be invited for an interview with our recruitment team. We always prefer to meet with you face to face. However, if this is not possible, we can use different methods such as remote interviewing. Depending on the competencies relevant to the role, we may use additional assessment tools such as tests and/or surveys.
Congratulations, this is the last step of our process. Our recruitment specialist will contact you to offer terms and conditions. Depending on the nature of the job and location, we may request an additional background check, medical examination, or other requirements.
